Abstract

Provides guidance and documentation for clients who are considering engaging an architect for a project where the cost of the building work is not expected to exceed £150,000, and use of the JCT Agreement for Minor Works (MW 98) might be appropriate; or for works to the clients home where use of either the JCT Building Contract for a home owner/occupier or MW 98 is appropriate.
