This document covers: prevention of homelessness; ways of working; handling of applications; inquiries into homelessness; inquiries into priority need; inquiries into intentionality; inquiries into local connection; accommodation; advice and assistance; notification and review of decisions; and protection of property and action on unoccupied houses.
