Abstract
Provides guidance upon the requirements of the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work (Construction) Regulations 2001, which amend and consolidate the Health & Safety at Work (Construction) Regulations 1995 (which are hereby revoked). The amendments apply mainly to Part I, Part II and Part III of the Regulations which deal with the management of safety, health and welfare on construction projects.
