Abstract
Provides guidance upon the new requirements of the Health & Safety at Work (Construction) Regulations 2001. The amendments apply mainly to Part I, Part II and Part III of the Regulations which deal with the management of safety, health and welfare on construction projects. The purpose of these guidelines is to give guidance on the management of safety, health and welfare on construction projects.
