These Regulations and the Planning and development regulations 2001 to 2002 shall be construed as one and may be collectively cited as the Planning and development regulations 2001 to 2003. Makes certain changes to Part 5 of the Planning and Development Regulations 2001, and provides the format of receipt for the payment under section 96B of the Planning and Development Act 2000 (as inserted by section 4 of the Planning and Development (amendment) Act 2002).
