Abstract
Presents guidance on the environmental information regulations. Gives an introduction and then covers who must comply with the regulations; what the regulations cover; the requirements of public bodies; active dissemination of information; handling requests for environmental information; fees; refusals; exceptions; reviews and appeals; record keeping; offence of the regulations; and finally, monitoring and reporting.
