Abstract
Introduces the network management duty and gives details of the principles and offers advice on: identifying and managing different road types, monitoring the road network, identifying congestion locations, co-ordination and direction of works, planned events, incidents, technology, parking and traffic regulation, enforcement, service traffic, reviews and travel information for road users.
