Abstract

Relates to Kingzip KS 500 zip and KS 1000 zip insulated standing seam roof panel systems, comprising profiled aluminium alloy (uncoated) or steel (coated) external sheets and internal coated steel liner both bonded to a rigid PIR foam core, with a range of accessories. The systems are to be used as structural roofs with finished falls down to 1.5° and curved roofs over 150m in radius, where access is available only for maintenance and repair. The system is suitable for buildings used for industrial, commercial, retail and leisure purposes and also for those used as residential and non-residential buildings, for example schools and hospitals.
