Abstract
Forms the keystone in the implementation of the Scottish National Waste Strategy. Sets out the basis for a fundamental shift in the way Scotland’s resources are managed. This plan is about the behavioural change required to minimise waste, and the opportunities that stem from a more rational approach to resource management.
