Abstract
Summarises findings of the National Assembly for Wales (NAW) research project on Dynamic Smaller Towns. The objectives of the project were to identify those factors that have played a causal role in the success of prospering smaller towns and helped to spread economic opportunities to their surrounding communities; and to assess the scope for policies to replicate that success elsewhere.
