Abstract

For the procurement of construction/engineering related works over a period of time by; clients with contractors and/or suppliers; contractors, sub contractors and/or suppliers sub letting to others in the supply chain. For use where the parties do not wish to enter into a legally binding agreement, but wish to create a collaborative working environment.

JCT 2005 and associated JCT Contracts should not be used for construction contracts entered into after 1 October 2011. No longer referred to in the 2007 edition of the JCT Framework Agreement.
