Abstract
Gives requirements for mixtures of hot rolled asphalt to be laid as surface course, regulating course, binder course or base (roadbase) on roads and other paved areas, excluding heavy duty airfield pavements. It also specifies requirements for coated chippings, but excludes requirements for site-specific properties such as polished stone values and abrasion values of aggregates.
