Abstract
Assesses the progress that departments and their agencies have made in improving their construction delivery performance by examining data on 142 construction projects delivered between April 2003 and December 2004, as well as the impact of relevant Office of Government Commerce initiatives. The report is intended to be forward looking by highlighting good construction practice drawn from across public and private clients and projects which other organisations can learn from.
