Abstract
Provides guidance on the operation of the development control provisions contained in Part 4 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. Covers: the power to decline to determine applications; the duration of permission and consents; the duty to respond to consultation; and Regional Planning Bodies as statutory consultees.
