Abstract
Guidance gives an overview of the main options that are available for the resolution of disputes, including negotiation, mediation, neutral evaluation, expert determination, adjudication, arbitration, and litigation. Also considers factors that should govern choice of procedure. It is not a self-help guide to dispute management.
