Abstract

Specifies the requirements of the LPCB for control and indicating equipment and its associated power supply. This standard is based on BS 5839 part 4 which has been superseded by the European standard BS EN 54-2 and 4. However in some non-European countries there is still a requirement for manufacturers to supply control panels that are independently tested and approved by third party organisations to the British standard BS 5839 Part 4.
