Abstract
Industrial exhaust ventilation systems collect and remove airborne contaminants consisting of particulates (dust, fumes, smokes, fibres), vapours, and gases that can create an unsafe, unhealthy, or undesirable atmosphere. Exhaust systems can also salvage usable material, improve plant housekeeping, or capture and remove excessive heat or moisture.
