Abstract
The Highways Agency is seeking views of interested parties on a draft revised version of the Chapter 8 of the Traffic Signs Manual. Consultation is being conducted by TRL. This Design document, provides guidance for those responsible for the design of temporary traffic management arrangements which should be implemented to facilitate maintenance activities or in response to temporary situations.
Document History
Consultation closed on 31 December 2005. This consultation package comprises a consultation notice, this Design document and the Operations document. This has now been replaced by the 2006 full report.
