Abstract
Presents an analysis of the proposals to evolve a fair payment culture in the construction industry, which specifically focussed on improving the ability of people in the industry to agree what should be paid and when, improving the ability of people to manage cash flow and reducing the disincentives to refer disputes to adjudication.
