Abstract
Details the coming into force dates of DEFRA regulations during 2006. The are categorised in five sections as follows: Regulations coming into force on the two cross-Whitehall 'Common Commencement Dates' - Section A: April 6 and Section B: October 1. This statement also includes regulations coming into force on other dates - Section C: sectoral regulations, Section D: EU directives and regulations implemented outside the CCD timetable and Section E: (during the transition period) other regulations that impact on business.
