Abstract
Provides a commentary on the draft Home information pack regulations 2006 (‘the regulations’), published for technical consultation on 31 October 2005. It is intended to assist readers’ consideration of the regulations and preparation of their response to the consultation. Ultimately, the guidance is intended to assist in compiling home information packs in accordance with the requirements of the regulations.
