Abstract
Explains the provisions of the Transport Act 2000 (Consequential Amendments) (Scotland) Order 2006 (SI 2006/1157) which came into force on 21 April 2006. The purpose of this Order is to make amendments to Scottish planning legislation to take account of the provisions in Part 1 of the Transport Act 2000.
