Abstract
Aims to give planning authorities information on why consideration of the need for appropriate assessment of development plans is necessary, what steps are required to be undertaken and how the Scottish Executive (SE) and SNH can assist local authorities comply with the requirements of Article 6 of the Habitats Directive.
