Abstract
Guidance in relation to Part B of the second schedule to the Regulations. The revisions to the 1997 edition of Technical Guidance Document B primarily relate to the implementation of new fire performance standards under the EU Construction Products Directive.

Volume 2, deals solely with dwelling houses. Supersedes DEHLG Building Regulations 1997: Technical Guidance Documents B Fire Safety (reprinted edition May 2005).
