Abstract

The Spaceover Building System has been assessed to confirm, within limitations, its suitability for use in the construction of residential, multi-occupancy accommodation. This certificate covers buildings up to four storeys in height located within urban city environments in England and Wales. The Spaceover Building System is a volumetric modular method of construction comprising of pre-fabricated light gauge cold rolled steel frame components, and specific dry lining and insulation materials.
