Abstract
Specifies the method for the determination of the moisture condition value of mixtures. The moisture condition value test determines the suitability of a mixture for placing, compaction and trafficking by construction equipment. Applicable to the testing of laboratory-prepared or production mixtures and to mixtures susceptible to crushing during compaction. The tests are appropriate to that part of the mixture up to a maximum particle size of 20mm.
