Abstract
Specifies the requirements for Factory Production Control (FPC) manufacturers of variable message signs and is designed to be read in conjunction with Part 1. Identifies which sorts of parameters and tests have to be taken into consideration within the FPC system, but leaves the precise test methods to be applied to be chosen depending on the manufacturer's facilities and production methods.
