Seeks comments on proposed amendments to the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (SI 418/1995). It also invites comments on the proposed repeal of the Town and Country Planning (Demolition - Description of Buildings) Direction 1995, and the issuing of a replacement direction.
