Abstract
A user guide for the computer program QUADRO (QUeues And Delays at Roadworks). This provides a method for assessing the total cost of major road maintenance works.

DMRB 14.1. Design manual for roads and bridges (DMRB). Old series - DMRB Volume 14 Economic assessment of road maintenance. This document has been split into smaller parts for ease of use. This is consolidated to July 2006 and replaces earlier editions. Amendment March 2003 affects Part 1 Chapter 3 and Part 3 Chapter 3 and 7. Amendment July 2004 affects Part 2, Chapters 1 to 6, Part 5, Chapters 1 to 10 and Part 6, Chapters 1 to 8.
