Abstract
Retail equipment may be categorized by temperature: medium-temperature refrigeration equipment maintains an evaporator temperature between -18 and 4.5°C and product temperatures above freezing; low-temperature refrigeration equipment maintains an evaporator temperature between -40 and -18°C and product temperatures below freezing.
