Abstract
Assesses a wide range of evidence on the impacts of climate change and on the economic costs, using a number of different techniques to assess costs and risks. Covers: climate change: our approach; impacts of climate change on growth and development; economics of stabilisation; policy responses for mitigation; policy responses for adaptation; and finally, international collective action.
