Abstract
Discusses changes to the Building Regulations 2000 (as amended) and to Approved Document B (AD B), which provides practical guidance on implementing the functional requirements of the Regulations with respect to Part B: Fire safety. The review which led to these changes drew upon the findings of recent research and experience and took account of a number of legislative and procedural changes.
