For completion by the developer (or their agent) as part of the EcoHomes assessment under BRE’s EcoHomes Scheme. Encompasses management health and well-being, energy, transport, water, materials, land use and ecology, and pollution.

Supersedes the 2005 edition. Any development registered after the 6th of April 2006 will be assessed using the EcoHomes 2006 version. To be used in conjunction with the EcoHomes 2006 Guidance.
