Abstract
Determination of compliance with requirement A3 of the Building Regulations 2000. Relates to a purpose-built 1970s block of flats. The ground floor comprises eight garages with three identical floors above providing four one/two bedroom flats on each floor. The proposed extension will provide an additional two two-bedroom flats on top of the existing building.
