Abstract
Focuses on Building Regulation changes, with particular reference to part L, made or proposed during a two-year period, and reviews their effects or likely effects within the scope of reporting requirements. Discusses the sources of information consulted to fulfil these reporting requirements and reviews the text of the Sustainable and Secure Buildings Act 2004 so as to clarify the exact scope of the biennial report.
