Abstract

Provides an underpinning document for collaborative working and the formation of integrated teams within the supply chain. It is intended to: encourage collaborative behaviour; get participants to recognise the importance of and require the use of risk management at the pre-tender stage to assist in delivering successful projects; provide flexibility in use; and be used throughout the supply chain. The contract is appropriate; The Project Team Agreement (CE/P) is appropriate; for use in conjunction with the JCT - Constructing Excellence Contract (CE); and where members of the project team are to enter into a multi-party pain/gain agreement.
