Abstract

Supports PCC 06, which is appropriate for projects where the works are designed by or on behalf of the Employer, but where it is not possible to prepare full design information before the works commence; and where detailed contract provisions are necessary. The guide reviews the Articles of Agreement and the Conditions; followed by a note on Tenders and a Table of Destinations for the provisions of PCC 98, together with a list of principal changes from PCC 98.
