Abstract
Seeks views on proposed changes to the temporary stop notice regulations (a planning enforcement power) regarding the way the power can be used against residential caravans.

Consultation closed on 31 May 2007. Final responses to this consultation, "Consultation: Amendment to the temporary stop notice regulations: summary of responses" (DCLG, October 2007). The Government have decided not to continue with these amendments.
