Abstract
Details the coming into force dates of DEFRA regulations during 2007. They are categorised in five sections as follows: Section A - Regulations to commence on 6 April 2007; Section B - Regulations to commence on 1 October 2007; Section C - Sectoral regulations commencing in 2007; Section D - EU Directives and regulations commencing in 2007; and Section E - Other regulations that impact on business commencing outside of the Common Commencement Dates in 2006 because of previously publicly announced dates.
