Abstract
Offers guidance with respect to the workplace 'in-use' hazards and helps designers meet their duties under the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2007 (CDM2007), also known as the 'CDM Regulations'. Explains legal duties and how they can be discharged and looks at who is considered to be a designer for the purposes of CDM. Provides a hazard checklist.
