Abstract
Provides guidance on assessing, developing and implementing resilience - the ability of a building or engineering installation to withstand threats and hazards - in the NHS. Explains how to estimate the level of resilience required in a facility and how to develop an appropriate emergency plan, and how to ensure resilience in the procurement process. Presents technical guidance.
