Abstract
Contains proposals to amend the Town and Country Planning (Fees for Applications and Deemed Applications) Regulations 1989, which set the fees for applications made to local planning authorities. The paper invites views on the various fee increases proposed, and on the extension of the fees regime to include a charge for applications for the formal discharge of planning conditions, and for a Premium Service. A draft Regulatory Impact Assessment is included.
