Abstract

Describes how all potential demand management measures were identified and reviewed for the study, and how schemes were selected for further analysis. Identifies potential strategies and the areas in which these could be targeted. Assesses each strategy, and applies each to worked examples. Examines the combination of schemes and considers affordability implications. Considers how retrofit schemes can help to offset increased demand from new development and how they can be implemented. Presents recommendations.
