Abstract

Appropriate for detailed contracts and employer's requirements which have been prepared and provided to the contractor. The contractor will carry out and complete the works and the design. The employer employs an agent to administer the conditions. Can be used where the works are to be carried out in sections, by both private and local authority employers.

Incorporates Amendment 1, issued April 2007 in recognition of new CDM Regulations coming into effect.
