Abstract
Offers guidance on how to deliver high quality kitchen and dining facilities in schools, to assist the new nutritional standards for school food, which aim to encourage children to enjoy eating healthy food. This part describes 13 case studies, covering primary, secondary, high schools and academies with dining facilities ranging from refurbishment, a 'central street' style location, special educational needs, multiple points of service, dining hall, sustainability, early years provision, off-site hub and satellite provision. Also includes international case studies from Japan and Norway.
