Abstract
Offers guidance on how to deliver high quality kitchen and dining facilities in schools, to assist the new nutritional standards for school food, which aim to encourage children to enjoy eating healthy food. This part looks at kitchen design planning, spaces, fixtures and fittings, servicing, staff facilities, servery design, dining area design, surfaces, amenities and equipment, environmental design and gives technical details about the case studies.
