Abstract
Also known as the jungle house dating from 1884, the whole building was tagged, dismantled and removed off site for repair and restoration. Old salvaged wrought iron was recycled, and teak used from a managed forest resource, safety glass replaced the existing broken glass frames to meet with building regulations. A stone building to the rear provides an accessible entrance to the gantry walkway.
