Abstract
Summarises the applicability of the Weight and Measures (Packaged Goods) Regulations 2006 to bags of cement. Offers DTI guidance on setting the target quantity and BCA’s guidance for plants generally, plants with automated in-line check-weighers and bag rejection, and without automated in-line check-weighers.
