Abstract
Final responses of the March 2007 consultation, which proposed to amend the Temporary Stop Notices (TSNs) system, granting additional powers to local authority to prohibit stationing caravans on an already unauthorised site. The Government have now decided not to proceed with the proposed amendment at this time.
