Abstract
Comprises the screening report in which the Scottish Government Planning Directorate has determined in consultation with Historic Scotland, SEPA and SNH that the revised SPP 3 is likely to have significant environmental effects. It has therefore been concluded that a SEA is required and so an environmental report will be prepared alongside the consultative draft of SPP3.
